Two ways to put creators on your game

Post a job, creators pick it up

  1. 1Set your bid, how many creators, and wishlists per creator (at least 50).
  2. 2Creators above your minimum audience claim a slot instantly. We check their channels, so there’s nothing to approve.
  3. 3Each creator has 30 days. Undelivered wishlists go back to the job for the next creator.

Offer it to creators you choose

  1. 1Pick creators from the directory by channel, audience size and the games they cover.
  2. 2They get the offer on their dashboard. Accepting gives them the slot straight away.
  3. 3Nobody else sees the job, and you can invite more creators if someone passes.
Pay per verified wishlist
Steam’s UTM report decides what counts. Views and clicks cost nothing.
Escrow, refunds included
You fund the job up front. Whatever creators don’t earn comes back when it ends.
Every video, live
Each video gets its own link. Watch clicks arrive and see which creator and video sells your game.
Set up once
Connect Steamworks once. We check creators, pull Steam’s report daily and hold payouts 30 days. Nothing to approve or upload.

Build a job and see what it costs

Name your price per wishlist, how many creators you want and how many wishlists each. You pay only for what Steam verifies.

Your job is listed for every creator above your minimum audience. They claim a slot instantly; we check their channels and every wishlist.

  • Creators have 30 days per slot. Wishlists they don’t deliver go back to the job.

  • Creators are paid 30 days after each wishlist is verified, so removed wishlists are reversed first.

What studios ask before the first job

What exactly am I paying for?

Wishlists that Steam’s UTM Analytics attributes to a creator’s link: a logged-in Steam user wishlists your game within 72 hours of clicking it. Views, impressions and clicks cost nothing.

Open job or direct offer?

Post an open job when you want reach: any creator who fits your channels can claim a slot. Send a direct offer when you already know who you want; only those creators see it, and accepting gives them the slot.

How big should a slot be?

At least 50 wishlists. Small slots (50 to 200) suit smaller channels and let you test more creators. Large slots suit established channels. Creators have 30 days to deliver, and anything they don’t deliver goes back to the job.

What does it cost?

You fund the job up front: bid × creators × wishlists per creator, held in escrow, plus a 5% platform fee. Whatever isn’t earned is refunded when the job ends.

How do you stop fake wishlists?

Steam is the referee, and we check its report against our own click log, with bot and repeat-click filtering. Creators who reward viewers for wishlisting are removed. Earnings sit on a 30-day hold, so wishlists that get removed are reversed before anyone is paid.

Do I have to approve creators or upload reports?

Once. You add Wishlistme as a user on your Steamworks partner account with only the “View Marketing Traffic Data” permission. From then on we pull the UTM report every day ourselves. You never share your own login, and you can remove our access at any time.

Your first 50 wishlists can start this week.
